Terms & Conditions — One Stop Solution

Exchange Offer

Availability: The exchange offer is valid until stocks last or until the offer expires, whichever is earlier.
Simultaneous Exchange: New product delivery and used product pickup will happen simultaneously.
Cancellation and Retention: If you choose not to proceed with the exchange and decide to keep your old product, you must pay the value offered for the used product during the transaction.
Refund Policy: No refunds or returns are applicable for exchanged or used products.
Store Limitation: This offer is available only at selected One Stop Solution stores.
Model Limitation: Valid only for selected models.
Quantity Limitation: One product can be exchanged for each new product purchased at a discounted rate.
Discount without Exchange: You can purchase new products at a discounted price without exchanging an old one, but the discount percentage will be higher for exchange transactions.
Delivery Delay: Due to high demand, delivery may be slightly delayed.

Eligibility

The services on this site are available only in select regions of India.
Persons “incompetent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 (including un-discharged insolvents), are not eligible to use the site.

License & Site Access

One Stop Solution grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and make personal use of this site.
You may not download (except for page caching) or modify any part of it without our written permission.

Account & Registration Obligations

All customers must register and log in to place orders.
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and up to date for communication related to your purchases.

Pricing

All products are sold at their MRP unless otherwise specified.
Prices applicable at the time of order placement will be charged on the date of delivery.

User Agreement

• Non-Delivery: If a delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by you (such as wrong name or address), you will bear the cost of redelivery.

• Lawful Use: You must use this site for lawful purposes only.

• Authentic Information: You agree to provide true and accurate information when required.

• Sole Risk: You access and use this site at your own risk.

Prohibited Uses

Terms for Credit Card No Cost EMI

• The No Cost EMI option is available for eligible credit cards from select banks.

• The EMI cost is funded by One Stop Solution and is applicable only on specific products.

• The offer is not valid for payments made through net banking or Cash on Delivery.
