Return & Refund Policy — One Stop Solution

Return Policy

Return Period:
All products purchased from the One Stop Solution website enjoy a Ten (10) days Return Policy.

Return Request:
Any product can be returned within 10 days of delivery by placing a Cancel Order request through the One Stop Solution Customer Care Centre at 7873886287 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Return Eligibility:
Products can be returned only if they are:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or malfunctioning

  • Different from what was originally ordered

Delivery Check:
Customers must not accept delivery of any product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any way.

Reporting Issues:
If a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer should immediately inform One Stop Solution Customer Care.
One Stop Solution will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges where applicable.

Return Process:
In case of cancellation, return, or exchange after delivery, the customer must return the product in its original packaging, along with all:

  • Manuals

  • Accessories

  • Freebies

  • Other materials received with the product

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Free Gifts:
All free gifts received with a product must be returned unused and in original packaging when returning the product with which they were provided.


Refund Policy

Refund or Replacement:
Any valid cancellation, return, or exchange request will qualify for a refund or replacement, based on product availability and customer preference.

Pre-Delivery Cancellation:
Cancellations made before delivery are subject to a 2% deduction (plus applicable taxes) of the total transaction value to cover banking and processing charges.
The remaining amount will be refunded.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be initiated within 10 working days of:

  • Receipt of the cancellation request, or

  • Pickup of the returned product by One Stop Solution’s logistics partner.

The amount will be credited to the original payment method (bank, credit/debit card, or wallet) depending on your bank’s processing time.

Refund Method:
All refunds will be credited to the same account used for payment during purchase.

Interest Fee Reversal (EMI Transactions):
If the order was made using an EMI facility, the interest charged by the bank will be reversed as per the issuing bank’s terms.
Customers are advised to contact their card-issuing bank for interest refund details.
